Thank you for taking the time to visit our latest site. With this upgrade we are now able to offer more tools and functionality to hopefully make things easier and faster for us all.
Whilst the technology is important, I also wanted to take this opportunity to explain a bit about where we have come from and who we are as a company.
We created Personnel-IT in late 2000 with the mission to be different from other recruitment companies. To be distinctly un-recruitment like.
We began by focusing as a consultancy, building teams, building relationships, and working to understand the requirements of IT within the financial markets of London. This grounding helps us make it easier to understand the roles, teams, and vision of our clients.
We take pride on really 'nailing down' a requirement. We get a buzz from helping people get new jobs. We relish new challenges.
We have an open approach which has enabled us to enjoy close relationships with both our clients and our candidates. We like to keep things simple. If we don’t know we tell you, if we’re unsure we ask.
We have been privileged to work with some of the best companies and people in the business. It is rewarding to work with quality people.
